Network Assistant is a useful real-time communication utility for home offices and small offices.
The unique features of this utility are its channel-based chats, whiteboards, message board and instant messaging. It does not require a dedicated server or Internet connection as it works smoothly based on a serverless technology. It is especially useful in an office environment which might require communications through different modes on different topics such as private, password-protected chats, or a general and announcer channels. The shared whiteboard could be used to represent sketches or diagrams to convey knowledge across the organization. There is a message board for posting general messages and an instant messenger for one-to-one communications. There are some bonus functionalities such as computer usage monitoring and controlling remote systems.
The other amazing features are its multilanguage support, file transfer options, remote alerts and graphical emoticons.
